Cube up squash and cook ahead, so it is super soft and can turn into a soup texture really easy
Smoothies or juices – blend in the veggies with lots of strong flavoured fruit, cocoa powder and even nut/seed butter
Heap on lots of seasonings on when steaming or stir-frying
