Ice Cream! We all scream for Ice Cream!

Hot days are on their way!

Ice cream is always calling my name, how about you?

My solution to eating store bought ice cream which is full of not so good fats, sodium, cholesterol and sugar is to make my own!

Pudding pops and Fro-yo sandwiches!

Make Epicure's Chocolate pudding mix up the way you would normally.

With either 2 C of milk or like I do with 1/2 can of coconut milk and almond milk. Let is stand for 5 mins and freeze for 4 hours.

45 calories at less than a dollar a pop!

Are you more into fruity pops?

Make up your favourite lemonade and add in fruit!

We have a great summer berry lemonade recipe that works great as ice pops!

20oz of water, squeeze in half a lemon and 2 tsp of summer berry! Wait 5 minutes for the flavours to merry!! Freeze for 4 hours.

I am sure you are when is she going to talk about the Mini Fro-yo sandwiches!!

You can easily make your own with your favourite brownie mix and sweetened yogurt!

I make mine with our Gluten-free brownies and summer berry sweet dip mixed into coconut yogurt!

Take your brownies cut them lengthwise or just put two together!

Put one in the bottom of the perfect petites or pan.

Top with a heaping teaspoon of Delicious Summer Berry Dip or your favourite sweetened yogurt and top with brownie top halves.

Freeze for 30 minutes or until firm.
