Here is the 1, 2, 3 to get your meal prep rocking for the week!

  1. Flip through the recipes in your favourite recipe book or online recipe finder

  • Choose 2 to 3 breakfast recipes (repeat throughout the week)

  • Create Build Your Own nourish bowls/salad/soups (for easy prep ahead lunches)

  • Choose 6 to 7 dinner recipes (if you are not a fan of leftovers)

  1. Make your grocery list

  • Breakfasts: double up the 2 to 3 recipes you picked

  • Lunches: choose 1 option from each section and double up

  • Dinners: follow the recipes you picked unless you like leftovers & just pick 4 & double up
