Cooking for Picky Veggie Eaters? Check out my Top 5 Tips!!

You can add lots of hidden nutrition by slowing adding in small amounts bit by bit, as you go along re-training their taste buds.

  • Food Process the veggies of similar colour to be rice size and cook into the sauce

  • Cube up squash and cook ahead, so it is super soft and can turn into a soup texture really easy

  • Blend the veggies into sauces, soups and stews

  • Smoothies or juices – blend in the veggies with lots of strong flavoured fruit, cocoa powder and even nut/seed butter

  • Heap on lots of seasonings on when steaming or stir-frying

  • Build your own meals are a great way to get your veggies in

  • Taco, Burger, Pizza night – everyone can pile on all their favourites

Veggies that are easy to blend into your meals; cauliflower, broccoli, squash, beans, kale, spinach, zucchini, celery, cabbage, carrots and the list goes on and on!!
