Yes, You Can Manifest - 5 Steps!


Lately it seems that every event I attend there is some discussion around positive intent, making dreams become reality and staying positive. This is followed by perspectives on the "right" way to make this happen. Writing it down, doing something visual and for others it is a combination of both. My advice to you is just do it! If you want to manifest something in your life you can start right now, it is not complicated and trust your intuition.

For those that need a few steps these are the simplest 5 steps to Manifesting in your life every day. I normally offer this as 2 hour workshop so if you have any questions as you work through this please feel free to drop me an email.

Before you start anything you need to quiet your mind so you are able to connect to your thoughts and visualize what you are trying to manifest. Take a minute or 30 seconds do some meditation, listen to your breathing and relax.

Step One

Be grateful and show gratitude for what you already have in your life. Make this a daily practice – think about 3 things each day you can be thankful for.

Step Two

Your intention. Do you know what it is you are wanting to manifest? If it is not clear in your mind or heart then maybe it is not truly what you want to manifest. Intention is so important to everything. Our thoughts are all part of the universe we create.

Step Three

Ask the universe. Be precise about what you are asking for. Say it out aloud, write it down every day. Visualize it. The more you say and visualize your manifestation the stronger it will become. Think about who is with you, the smell the sounds etc. It is about taking your thoughts, what makes you light up, what’s in your voice and bringing into being. Before I even signed the lease on my new women's centre I was visualizing the launch party!

Step Four

Trust in the universe. The universe will ultimately take control and you need to let go to allow the manifestation to unfold. Everything will happen as it is meant to be. The universe revolves around the greatest good and will direct what is is the greatest good for you right now even though you may not understand it.

Step Five

When you see or feel you manifestation coming into being – be grateful, acknowledge it and say thanks to the universe. If there are changes happening or other doors opening for you remember the Universe operates towards the greatest good.
