How to Live Everyday Bliss


Are you a meditator? Have you experienced a euphoric state and wish you can tap into that feeling again? Or ever wondered what it would be like to feel what bliss feels like and operate from that place more often than not?

I use to wish for that in my previous life. Before I became a Spiritual Life Coach, I use to be a professional dancer and actress. I pursued this career path for over 20 years until near the end of that road I started wondering if this path was meant for me. Is it suppose to be that gruelling and draining and filled with doubt? Until finally one day I decided I didn't want to live like this anymore - I want to wake up living a life full of joy, purpose and bliss. I wanted to wake up on fire knowing I was doing what I was meant to do, excited to go to "work" and enjoyed doing it so much that time just flies by. So I embarked on a 3 month soul-searching journey to discover, which I now call, my bliss! I meditated everyday, journalled, connected with nature, read books, worked with coaches/professionals - I did whatever my spirit led me to do. And with no doubt it lead me to my bliss.

So how do you get there if you are feeling stuck, unsure or this concept sounds foreign to you? Let me show you!

I have 3 easy steps to help you connect to your bliss at anytime PLUS a free guided meditation to assist you to connect to your "sweet spot" daily.

Step #1- RELAX

  • In order to start connecting to your state of bliss you need to get to a state of relaxation! There is no way to achieve your state of bliss if you are feeling tense, anxious or fearful. So you must climb the vibration scale from any low feeling vibrations to mid-way on the scale (see green section of image to the right) to at least relaxation.

  • Another way to climb up the vibration scale is through GRATITUDE- make a list right now of 3 things are you grateful for and in an instant you have no choice but to feel lighter and shift your emotions and vibrations to higher levels.

  • By relaxing you allow the flow of bliss and well-being to be restored - you are one step closer to connecting to your true state of bliss!

  • Imagine this - When you choose to stay in any low vibrations you are in fact twisting your hose! (Sounds funny doesn't it?) But picture a hose with water flowing through it, when you stress, worry or feel any low vibe energies are are actually putting a kink in your hose and limiting the natural flow of love, peace, joy and bliss from flowing organically in your life. So untwist that hose!

Step#2 - RELEASE

  • Once you have chosen to climb the vibrational scale by relaxing, the next step is to SHED/RELEASE what no longer serves you.

  • Release Limiting Beliefs/Thoughts - Any thoughts that produce any feelings of scarcity, lack and fears are actually blocking your bliss!

  • Limiting words: I can’t, I’ll try, I don’t know, what if, how, impossible -vs- Limitless words: What is possible? How might I? I am open to the possibilities/the help/guidance/support, show me the way.

  • Not possible to think low vibe thoughts and create high vibe circumstances (think lack = experience lack)

  • Change your statements to questions and you will start opening up the possibilities

  • When I didn't know what I was going to do next after 20 years in film & TV work, I started opening up to greater possibilities by stating "What is next for me? What is out there that I may not be aware of yet?" And my ultimate favorite mantra I kept repeating on my entire soul-searching journey "Spirit lead the way and I will follow". I gave up my own limited thinking and understanding and surrendered to the guidance of my spirit and it has led me to the highest and best - it always does! Now I enjoy a new career path as a Certified Life & Spiritual Coach where I absolutely feel aligned, on fire and can do this work for hours (Seriously - I have to intentionally stop myself from working sometimes because I get lost in the hours and love what I do!)

Step #3- RISE

  • Once you have relaxed and released what no longer serves you, you must allow yourself to RISE! (Rise baby, rise!)

  • Just like a balloon tied to an anchor, the anchor represents your limiting beliefs and experiences that hold you down, once you "untie"/release yourself from your limitations you will naturally rise to the top. You see, abundance, well-being and bliss is your birthright. We as humans actually create the limitations that hold us back and put that "kink" in our hose, so once you release that you will restore your natural flow of abundance, well-being and bliss. Your natural state IS bliss!

  • “It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us” Marianne Williamson - I get it, it can actually feel scary, foreign or unfamiliar to access and live from our state of bliss and light, especially since we've be conditioned out of this from a young age to start living a life that is practical and acceptable to everyone else around us. But what that does is serves others, not ourselves. When we give in to the low vibrating, fearful and lack of belief in actually living from your bliss you are in fact doing a disservice to yourself (face it, you're not happy) and to the world (we need you and your innate gifts, talents and light to shed on the world!)

  • So I invite you to give up living from an "asleep" state which leaves you disconnected from your bliss and CHOOSE these 3 steps to help you connect and operate from your true, authentic, innate state of PURE BLISS!

Your natural state is bliss, made from bliss and meant to live a life of bliss. From that place, I promise you, all you've ever wanted and dreamt of is at your fingertips. It has worked for me and worked for many of my coaching clients. Access to your state of bliss is available to you at anytime.
